Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes — order by 1:00 pm Monday–Friday or 10:00 am Saturday/Sunday & public holidays for same-day delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week, including public holidays. Please order early (by 10:00 am recommended).

How much is delivery?

• Auckland Metro (CBD & inner city): $10

• Wider Auckland (within 25 km): $15 (free for orders $150+)

• Beyond 25 km: from $20 (final cost depends on distance; some rural areas may be $35+)

What happens if no one is home?

We’ll leave the flowers in a safe, sheltered spot, or with a neighbour if possible. If delivery isn’t possible, the order will be returned for redelivery (additional fees may apply).
